Cookie Notice

Last updated: May 14, 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how Founder First Ventures LTD ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on Code & Tell (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, web beacons, and software development kits. They let's recognize your browser, keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure your session, and understand how the Service is used.

2. Categories of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are required to run the Service, including authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, and load balancing. Without them, parts of the Service won't function. They're always on and can't be turned off.

2.2 Functional

These remember choices you make, such as theme, language, or saved filter state, to provide a better experience. Disabling them resets those preferences each visit.

2.3 Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used in aggregate, including pages viewed, search terms, referring sources, and conversion events. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting these cookies.

2.4 Portfolio

Founder First Ventures operates a small portfolio of products. We may use cookies to enable single-sign-on or to share aggregated, de-identified usage signals across portfolio properties, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

3. Third parties

Some cookies are set by service providers acting on our behalf, including hosting, authentication, analytics, and error monitoring vendors. They process information under written agreements requiring confidentiality and appropriate security. We don't allow those vendors to use the data for their own marketing.

4. Your choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block, delete, or be notified about cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in, submissions, and other core functionality. You can also opt out of analytics in jurisdictions where consent is required by declining the analytics category in any banner shown to you.

5. Do Not Track

We don't currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there's no industry standard for how to interpret them. We honor recognized opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law, such as Global Privacy Control where mandated.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
